Ingredients:
1 cup strong brewed coffee using our 817 coffee beans
1/4 cup milk (any kind you prefer)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or adjust to your sweetness preference)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for a subtle kick)
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Cinnamon sticks (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Whisk in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper (if using) until smooth and combined.
Pour the hot spiced milk mixture into a mug.
Add the brewed coffee and stir gently to combine.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.

Tips:
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
If you don't have maple syrup, you can use honey or agave nectar as a sweetener.
