Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso, freshly brewed with 817 coffee beans
1 cup milk (your choice of dairy or alternative)
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Make it spicy: Combine the honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until warmed through and fragrant.
Get frothy: Froth or steam your milk until light and airy.
Build the base: Brew your espresso shots.
The finishing touch: In a large mug, combine the espresso and spiced honey mixture. Pour over the frothed milk, and top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
Tips:
For a more decadent latte, add a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
