Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Fall Into Flavor

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee using our 817 coffee beans

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin spice syrup

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine cold brew coffee and pumpkin spice syrup in a glass.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip together heavy cream, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  3. Top the coffee mixture with the pumpkin cream.

  4. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use strong cold brew coffee.

  • You can also use store-bought pumpkin spice syrup.

  • If you don't have heavy cream, you can use milk instead.

  • This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Additional notes:

  • Pumpkin spice syrup is a seasonal ingredient, so it may not be available in all stores. You can make your own pumpkin spice syrup by combining 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before using.

  • This recipe is for one serving. You can easily double or triple the recipe to make more.
