Raspberry Mocha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of espresso, freshly brewed with 817 coffee beans

  • 1 cup milk (your choice of dairy or alternative)

  • 2-3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

  • 1 tablespoon raspberry syrup

  • Whipped cream

  • Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chocolatey Start: Combine the chocolate syrup and espresso in a mug.

  2. A Touch of Fruit: Add the raspberry syrup and stir well.

  3. Milk & Froth: Steam or heat your milk until warm and frothy. Pour gently into the mug.

  4. Finishing Touches: Top with whipped cream, a fresh raspberry (if desired), and maybe a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.

Tips:

  • Use a medium-dark roast for a coffee flavor that balances the sweet syrups.

  • Experiment with other berry syrups like blackberry or strawberry.

  • Add a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top for a stronger chocolate hit.
