Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso

Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of espresso, freshly brewed with your favorite coffee beans

  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or your preferred milk alternative)

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • Ice

Equipment:

  • Espresso machine or Moka Pot

  • Cocktail shaker or mason jar with lid

Instructions:

  1. Sweet and Shaky: In your cocktail shaker (or mason jar), combine the espresso, oat milk, and brown sugar.

  2. Get Chilly: Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker.

  3. Shake it Up!: Seal the container tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.

  4. Serve and Enjoy: Strain the shaken espresso over fresh ice in a tall glass.

Extra Tips:

  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking with more or less brown sugar.

  • For a richer flavor, try dark brown sugar.


  • Experiment with a flavored syrup like vanilla, hazelnut, or caramel for a fun variation.
