Ingredients:

• ½ cup coarsely ground coffee beans (your roast of choice)

• 1 cup hot water

• ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

• Ice cubes

Instructions:

• Brew the strong stuff: Place the coffee grounds in the phin filter (a small metal filter that sits on top of the mug). Slowly pour the hot water over the grounds, letting it drip through the filter. This slow brewing process creates a strong and flavorful coffee concentrate.

• Sweeten it up: While the coffee brews, fill a tall glass mug with ice cubes. Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bottom of the glass.

• The big reveal: Once the coffee has finished brewing, carefully pour the coffee concentrate over the ice and condensed milk. Stir gently to combine.

Tips:

• For a stronger coffee flavor, use a darker roast.

• You can adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk to your taste.

• For a fun twist, add a splash of coconut milk or almond milk.
