Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of espresso, freshly brewed with 817 coffee beans

  • 1 cup milk (your choice of dairy or alternative)

  • 3-4 tablespoons chocolate syrup

  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

  • Graham cracker crumbs

  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chocolatey Start: Combine the chocolate syrup and espresso in a large mug.

  2. Milk & Froth: Steam or heat your milk until warm and frothy. Pour the steamed milk over the chocolate and espresso mixture.

  3. Marshmallow Magic: Toast the mini marshmallows until golden brown (you can use a kitchen torch, the broiler in your oven, or even carefully over a campfire).

  4. Campfire Finish: Top your mocha with the toasted marshmallows, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream (if desired) and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Tips:

  • Use a medium to dark roast coffee to complement the rich chocolate and marshmallow flavors.

  • For a fun presentation, skewer the marshmallows on a stick before adding to the drink.

  • This is the perfect recipe to customize – try adding a pinch of cinnamon, a splash of vanilla, or a drizzle of caramel sauce!
