Ingredients

  • 2 shots of espresso, freshly brewed with your 817 coffee bean of choice and chilled

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup oat milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew and chill: Pull two shots of espresso and chill them thoroughly.

  2. Chocolate delight: In a separate glass or jar, whisk together the cocoa powder and maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener) until smooth.

  3. Tropical touch: Add the coconut milk and whisk to combine.

  4. Build your drink: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the chilled espresso, followed by the coconut milk mixture.

  5. Garnish (optional): Sprinkle with a little extra cocoa powder or grated coconut for a beautiful finish.

Tips:
